AI & intelligent automation
Automation first. AI where it earns its place.
Most of the time saved comes from scheduled jobs and clear rules. Where a language model genuinely helps, we give it one narrow job, check its output and keep a person in charge.
- 01Data or triggerA new order, a form, a schedule or an incoming message.
- 02Rules and scheduled jobsPlain, testable logic handles everything it can.
- 03Scoped AI stepOne clear task: draft, summarise, classify or suggest.
- 04Automated checksOutput is checked against test cases and a cost limit.
- 05Person approvesNothing important ships without a human decision.
Where AI helps
- Drafting and summarising text people then review
- Sorting and tagging incoming requests
- Suggesting ideas or next steps for a person to judge
Where we keep it out
- Final decisions about money, health or access
- Tasks a simple rule or scheduled job does more cheaply
- Chatbots added for the sake of having one
In practice: in our own platform, Cognix, a scheduled Claude agent proposes one research idea a day, and nothing it suggests goes live without passing automated checks and a human decision. Our client automation so far has mostly been scheduled jobs, rule engines and messaging. Cognix is shown as an engineering project. We make no claims about trading performance. Nothing here is financial advice, and trading carries risk.
How we work
From first call to launch, in five clear steps
No long silences between a kickoff and a big reveal. You see working software early and often.
Step 1: Share your idea
Tell us what you want to build, who it is for and what has to be true for it to succeed.
You receive
A short written summary of the problem and a suggested first release.
Step 2: Plan and design
We agree the scope, the screens and the technical approach before writing production code.
You receive
An agreed scope, designs for the key flows and a milestone plan.
Step 3: Build and demo weekly
We build in small steps and give you a working version to try every week.
You receive
A tested, working product that grows each week.
Step 4: Launch
We prepare the release, from store listings and privacy pages to hosting and monitoring.
You receive
Your product, live for real users.
Step 5: Grow
After launch we fix, improve and extend the product based on what users actually do.
You receive
A product that keeps improving, or a smooth handover.
Not sure where to start?
Answer a few questions about your idea, platforms and timeline. We will come back with a suggested first release and an estimate range.

FAQ
Questions we often hear
What kind of projects do you take on?
Mobile apps, web apps, backends and admin systems, payment and API integrations, automation and casual games. Our best fit is a product that needs several of these working together, such as an app with an admin panel and an API.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients abroad?
We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and work with clients remotely. Our client work so far includes businesses in the United Kingdom, Germany and the UAE. We agree meeting times that overlap with your working day.
How much will my project cost?
It depends mainly on the number of platforms, user roles and integrations. As a guide, projects start from US$800 for a focused mobile app and US$1,500 for an MVP, and ongoing work is US$50 to US$99 per hour. For your project we ask a few questions, suggest a first release and give you a fixed quote for it. Our start-a-project form collects what we need.
How do you keep us updated during the project?
We share a working build regularly, usually every week, so you can try progress yourself rather than read status reports. You also get direct access to the people building your product.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details. We also keep client work confidential by default and only name clients who agree.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Code, designs, store listings and hosting accounts for client projects belong to the client, and we hand everything over at the end.
Do you support the product after launch?
Yes. We can stay on for fixes, updates, store compliance changes and new features, or hand over cleanly to your own team with documentation.
Do you guarantee search rankings or app store downloads?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee those. We build fast, well-structured products and prepare good store listings, and we show you measurable results such as load times and release quality.
