About us

A product-focused engineering studio

NinjaNext Technologies builds mobile apps, web platforms, backends and automation for startups and growing businesses. We are small on purpose: the people you talk to are the people writing your code.

Who we are

Built on products we ship ourselves

NinjaNext began with apps we built for ourselves. Our first went live on Google Play in 2019, and we have kept publishing our own apps and games since, because shipping our own products keeps us honest about what it takes to release and maintain software.

Client work grew from the same skills. We have built a flight booking platform with a website, mobile app, admin and API; a workshop management system for a UK garage; a telemedicine platform with patient and doctor apps; and a QR ordering system for a jazz club in Frankfurt.

The company was incorporated in Lahore in 2024 as NinjaNext Technologies (Private) Limited.

Incorporated in Lahore, Pakistan, in June 2024 as a private company limited by shares. Working with clients remotely, including businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Italy, the UAE and Pakistan.

Our mission and approach

Software that works for real users, and keeps working

We help startups and growing businesses turn an idea into a released product, then improve it based on what users actually do. These principles shape how we get there.

  • Working software, early

You see and try real progress every week, not slides about it.

  • Plain answers

We tell you what something will take, what could go wrong, and when we are not the right fit.

  • Built to last

Typed code, versioned database changes, and automated tests where mistakes cost most, such as payments, pricing and calculations.

  • Privacy by default

Our current apps and games collect no personal data. On client work we collect only what the product needs.

  • Proof over promises

We do not quote numbers we cannot back up, and we name clients only when they agree.

How it fits together

Engineering, design, automation and AI in one team

Most products need all four. We use each one where it earns its place, and say so when a simpler option is better.

  • Engineering

Typed Kotlin and TypeScript codebases, APIs with roles and audit trails, versioned database changes, automated tests and CI pipelines from the start.

  • Design

We agree the key user flows and screens before production code. Our newer apps and games are designed in-house, with accessibility options from their first release.

  • Automation

Scheduled jobs for reminders, status checks and reports, and automated builds and store releases, so routine work does not depend on someone remembering it.

  • AI, where it helps

We scope LLM features to one clear task and plan a test set, a cost cap and a human approval step for each. So far our hands-on LLM work is in our own platform, Cognix.

One team, not four departments

On a real project these are not separate hand-offs. The people who design a booking flow also write the API behind it, automate the emails and reminders around it, and test it before release. For FreeToGo Travels, one team built the website, the mobile app, the admin back office and the API.

Cognix is shown as an engineering project. We make no claims about trading performance. Nothing here is financial advice, and trading carries risk.

How we work

From first call to launch, in five clear steps

No long silences between a kickoff and a big reveal. You see working software early and often.

  1. Step 1: Share your idea

Tell us what you want to build, who it is for and what has to be true for it to succeed.

    • A call or a short form about your goals, users and deadline
    • Questions about the parts that carry the most risk
    • An honest view on whether we are the right team

You get: A short written summary of the problem and a suggested first release.

  2. Step 2: Plan and design

We agree the scope, the screens and the technical approach before writing production code.

    • A feature list sorted into must, should and later
    • Key user flows and screen designs
    • Architecture, data model and integration choices
    • An estimate range and a delivery plan in small milestones

You get: An agreed scope, designs for the key flows and a milestone plan.

  3. Step 3: Build and demo weekly

We build in small steps and give you a working version to try every week.

    • Weekly demos of real, working software
    • Automated tests on the logic that matters, run in CI
    • Direct contact with the people building your product
    • Changes discussed openly, with their effect on time and cost

You get: A tested, working product that grows each week.

  4. Step 4: Launch

We prepare the release, from store listings and privacy pages to hosting and monitoring.

    • Signed builds and store submissions
    • Store listings, screenshots and data-safety answers
    • Production hosting, backups and deploy pipelines
    • A final check of payments, emails and permissions

You get: Your product, live for real users.

  5. Step 5: Grow

After launch we fix, improve and extend the product based on what users actually do.

    • Fixes and updates for new OS and store requirements
    • New features prioritised with you
    • A clean handover with documentation if your own team takes over

You get: A product that keeps improving, or a smooth handover.

Communication

What you can expect from us

Direct access to the engineers, open discussion of changes and a clean handover. These are the habits we keep on every project.

  • A written summary after the first conversation

A short description of the problem and a suggested first release, so we agree on what we heard.

  • Working software to try, usually every week

Demos of the real product, not status reports or slides.

  • Direct access to the people building it

You talk to the engineers writing your code, not a chain of account managers.

  • Changes discussed openly

When scope changes, we tell you what it does to time and cost before we start.

  • Meetings that fit your working day

We work remotely and agree meeting times that overlap with your time zone.

  • A clean handover

Documentation and access handed over if your own team takes the product forward.

Leadership
