About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by NinjaNext Technologies (Private) Limited ("NinjaNext Technologies", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Pakistan and based in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any software, design or consulting work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or contract. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Information on this site

Our pages, guides and case studies are general information about our work and how we approach software projects. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and they are not an offer to provide services on particular terms. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but details such as technologies, app availability and project status can change.

Case studies describe work we have done. Clients are named only with their permission, and some work is described without naming the client. Results from one project are not a promise of the same results for another.

Cognix, our in-house trading research platform, is shown as an engineering project only. Nothing on this website is financial advice or a recommendation to trade, we make no claims about trading performance, and trading carries risk.

Estimates and AI-generated content

Any brief, scope, timeline or price range you see through the project planner, or in a first reply from us, is an indication to help the conversation. It is not a quote or a binding offer. A firm price and timeline are only agreed in writing after we understand your project.

If you choose the optional AI-assisted feature in the planner, the draft it produces is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Please review it before relying on it or sending it to us.

Using the site

Please use the website lawfully and fairly. In particular, do not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission or getting around its spam protection;
• use our forms to send spam, malware, unlawful content or someone else's personal data without their permission;
• copy or scrape the site's content in bulk, or present our work as your own.

If you believe you have found a security issue on this website, please tell us at info@ninjanexttech.com rather than testing it further.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, the NinjaNext Technologies name and logo, and the names and artwork of our own apps and games, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it, share links to it and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Anything more needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and product names shown in our case studies belong to their owners and are used with their permission. Other trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them does not imply endorsement.

Who owns the code and designs we create for a client is set out in that client's agreement, not in these terms.

Links to other websites and app stores

The site links to other websites, such as app store listings, client websites and the services we use. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Our own apps and games are covered by their store's terms and by the privacy policy on each store listing.

What you send us

When you send us a message or a project brief, you confirm that the information is yours to share. We treat project details you share before an agreement as confidential, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove any part of the website at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about it and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
