SaaS & MVP Development

SaaS and MVP development for startups

An MVP should answer one question: will people use this? We help you cut the idea down to the core job, build that well, and leave the rest for later. Login, payments, an admin panel and a clean data model go in early, because they are expensive to bolt on afterwards. We have taken our own products from idea to store listing, so we know which corners are safe to cut.

Problems this service solves

SaaS & MVP Development usually suits teams in one of these situations.

  • Founders with an idea, a deadline and a limited budget
  • Businesses testing a new digital service before investing fully
  • Teams that need a working demo for users or investors

When we are not the right fit

If you need a fixed price for a long list of features before any discovery, we are not the right partner. We prefer to agree a small first release and price it properly.

How we test it

On a first release we aim to test the logic that handles money, bookings or user data and to set up a CI pipeline early, so the product can grow without a rewrite. We agree the level of testing with you as part of the scope.

What you get

Deliverables

What a typical engagement includes. We agree the exact scope with you before work starts.

  • Scope workshop

A must, should and later list, with the riskiest assumption tested first.

  • Clickable flows

Key screens agreed before build, so changes are cheap.

  • First release

Web, mobile or both, with accounts, payments and an admin panel where needed.

  • Weekly demos

A working build to review every week, so feedback lands early.

  • Launch kit

Store listings, privacy pages and the basics for a public release.

Our approach

How the work runs

The same five steps on every project, with working software to review every week.

  1. Step 1: Share your idea

Tell us what you want to build, who it is for and what has to be true for it to succeed.

You get: A short written summary of the problem and a suggested first release.

  2. Step 2: Plan and design

We agree the scope, the screens and the technical approach before writing production code.

You get: An agreed scope, designs for the key flows and a milestone plan.

  3. Step 3: Build and demo weekly

We build in small steps and give you a working version to try every week.

You get: A tested, working product that grows each week.

  4. Step 4: Launch

We prepare the release, from store listings and privacy pages to hosting and monitoring.

You get: Your product, live for real users.

  5. Step 5: Grow

After launch we fix, improve and extend the product based on what users actually do.

You get: A product that keeps improving, or a smooth handover.

FAQs

SaaS & MVP Development: common questions

What decides the cost of an MVP?

Mainly the number of platforms, user roles and integrations. Payments, an admin panel, real-time features and compliance needs each add work. A focused first release starts from US$1,500. Our project form asks about these so we can give you a realistic range after a short call.

How do you decide what goes into the first release?

We start from the one job the product must do for its first users. Everything else is sorted into should-have and later. Some features can be handled manually behind the scenes at first, which saves time without hurting the user experience.

Will we have to rebuild it later?

We aim to avoid that. We keep the first release small, but we do not cut corners on the data model, security or deployment, which are the usual reasons MVPs get rewritten.
