The problem
The client wanted customers to book laundry services from their phone instead of calling or visiting, and needed the business side of each order handled in the same system.
What we built
We built an Android app around a short customer journey: choose the service, pick a collection and delivery slot, and follow the order until it comes back. Different user roles see the parts of the app that apply to them.
