Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, who helps us process it and the choices you have. In short: we collect what you send us, use it to reply, and do not sell it or track you.

Who we are

This website is run by NinjaNext Technologies (Private) Limited ("NinjaNext Technologies", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Pakistan and based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question or request, email info@ninjanexttech.com.

This policy covers this website only. Each app or game we publish has its own privacy policy, available from its store listing. When we build software for a client, how that product handles its users' data is agreed with the client and set out in its own policy.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

We collect what you type: your name, email address, the type of project, your project details and, if you choose to give them, your company name, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method and phone number. You confirm that you have read this policy before sending.

When you use the project planner

The planner at Start a Project asks about your idea, platforms, features and timeline. If you send the resulting brief to us, we receive it in the same way as a contact form message, together with the contact details you enter.

The planner can optionally use AI to turn your answers into a draft brief. This only happens if you choose it and agree first, and the planner works without it. If you choose it, the answers you typed are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, to generate the draft. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in your answers.

When you email, call or message us

If you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and whatever you send. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Technical data

Like any website, our servers receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider keeps this in standard server logs for security and reliability. Our forms also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and block spam; this check is held in memory and is not stored in a database.

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand which pages are read. It does not use cookies, and we only see totals, such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types, not who you are.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Pages may keep small amounts of data in your own browser, for example to remember progress in the project planner. That data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

How we use your information

  • To read and reply to your enquiry, and to arrange a call if you ask for one.
  • To prepare a proposal or estimate when you ask for one, and to carry out any work we then agree in writing.
  • To keep the website and its forms secure and to block spam and abuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, rent it out or use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, we rely on these bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, when you ask about a project; our legitimate interests in replying to enquiries and keeping the site secure; your consent, for the optional AI feature in the project planner, which you can withdraw at any time; and legal obligations, for business records.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as far as each one needs to do its job:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply, follow up and keep a record of our conversation. If we go on to work together, we keep project correspondence for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Security

The website is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are checked on our server and sent straight to our inbox; they are not stored in a website database. Access to our inbox and service accounts is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, email us. We will reply within one month, and we may need to confirm your identity first.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website or the way we handle data changes, and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.

Contact us

For any question about this policy or your personal data, email info@ninjanexttech.com or write to us via the contact page. You can also read our Terms of Use.
